Album Artwork

Musicians express themselves through their brand-imaging and album art as well as their songs.

The following image is an album cover for Larkin and Poe, signed by a corporate music label. It is a composite of two images, one in which the woman on the left has her knee pointing up, and the other in which she has her knee pointing down. The challenge in compositing the two images was making the elbow's resting look natural -- I re-seamed the inside of the woman on the right's pants to re-structure directionality and reconstructed the background to give her a skinny jean (as opposed to a bell-bottom). I also reconstructed part of the woman on the right's guitar to bring together the space between them.

Portrait retouching

Minimizing distracting elements of a photograph such as fly-away hairs and unsightly blemishes or shadows, bringing the subject to look their best.

The following photographs were retouched for individual photographers, designers, or models -- meeting their aesthetics or goals for the image.
